A buyer’s agent represents you (the buyer) in a real estate transaction. Realtor’s have a fiduciary responsibility to their client, if you allow the listing agent to write an offer on a property that agent is legally obligated to represent the seller, not you.

· Provide comparative market analysis of all comparable properties on the market · Assist you in making an offer on the property that is below the listing price and render an opinion on the likelihood of the success of that offer · Point out the positive and negative features of the property and the neighborhood · Provide assistance in locating a lender to work with you in financing the property if necessary

· My passion is turning houses into homes. I own a construction business that specializes in remodels, fix-and-flip properties and fix-and-rent properties so I am uniquely qualified to offer an opinion on the “bones” of a house. · I am passionate about matching your wants, needs and budget to the houses on the market.
