With all of the real estate agents out there vying for your business, why should you choose me? Well, you won’t know until you meet me. The first step to hiring a real estate agent is to set up a listing appointment. At the listing appointment I will do three things: tour your house and property, meet with you to discuss your goals and the reason for selling your property, and if we seem like a good team, I will set up a follow-up appointment in which I present you with the price range for your property, suggestions on how best to showcase your home, and a listing agreement. Below you will see a list of the services I provide in order to market your home, but in the end, the choice of a listing agent comes down to a gut feeling. You need to decide if you trust me to market and sell your home, and if our personalities are suitable. Selling your home is a stressful enough proposition, there is no reason to work with someone you don’t enjoy. |
