Why do you need a buyer’s agent?  A buyer’s agent represents you the buyer in the real estate transaction.  If you use the agent who lists the property that agent is legally obligated to represent the seller, not you as the buyer.  This means that the listing agent can not tell you how the property is priced compared to other homes on the market and they can’t advise you on an offer less than the listing price.  These are services that a buyer’s agent routinely provides.

Why should you choose me as your buyer’s agent?  Because unlike many agents I love working with buyers.  I enjoy matching your requirements with houses currently for sale while educating  buyers on the home buying process.
